Patrick Ambrose learned a passion for real estate from a young age, watching his father and grandfather purchase investment properties along the Emerald Coast. Later, he took that interest and, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit and a degree in business, turned his passion into a career.
Yet, it’s not that simple. Patrick likes to say that he doesn’t just sell real estate; he plays a pivotal role in helping clients accomplish their dream of either living the beach lifestyle or adding to their investment portfolio. The act of matching people to their perfect properties, educating consumers, executing the complex negotiation and transaction process are all parts of the job he loves.
He specializes in helping investors focused on rental performance, as well as those looking to relocate to the Florida Panhandle full-time on the beach, the bay, or in between. He works to understand his customers’ needs through active listening and attention to detail, helping them truly enjoy the process of buying or selling a home. He lives by the mantra of keeping excitement high and stress low, providing an unparalleled experience for those he’s privileged to serve.
After being diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 12, Patrick rode 100 miles through the Appalachian Mountains for a fundraiser. He continues to be an avid supporter of the Type 1 Diabetes community through various initiatives and associations. He has also served as a volunteer for the Westonwood Ranch, Seaside Half Marathon, and the Hurricane Michael relief efforts.
